I recently did a giveaway, I used random,org too but it would have been so much easier if my comments had numbers! I had to list everyone consecutively in excel then number them!

Hi Jade. The comment numbering is included in my WP theme. When I was on blogger, I also had numbered comments, but I had to manually add it to the code. I just found the code online.
Or if you prefer, use google docs form. Every entry goes into a spreadsheet and you can just get the number from there.
I personally prefer the numbered comments, because all the comments are visible to everyone.
